Group classes: Beginners -> Improvers -> Intermediate

Beginners classes explore the fundamentals of Pilates. Learn breath patterns, alignment, how to engage your core muscles and correct muscular recruitment patterns developing your body awareness. 

 Improvers -> Intermediate classes develop to more complex patterning and exercises challenging your core stability and co-ordination and building towards more flow. It is important that you have gained an understanding of correct muscle recruitment to ensure that you will get the full benefits, therefore some previous Pilates or other similar movement experience is desired.

 

Barnet: Friends Meeting House, 55 Leicester Road, New Barnet, EN5 5EL.

Maximum of 12 clients per class.

  • Thursdays 18:30 - 19:30: Improvers £45 per 6 week course
  • Thursdays 19:30 - 20:30: Intermediate £45 per 6 week course
  • Thursdays 20.30 - 21.30: Improvers £45 per 6 week course

 

Oakwood: Oakwood Physiotherapy Clinic, 93-95 Green Road, London, N14.

Maximum of 5 clients per class.

  • Tuesdays 18:30 - 19:30: Improvers £60 per 6 week course
  • Saturdays 10.30-11.30: Improvers £60 per 6 week course
  • Saturdays 11:45 - 12:45 Improvers £60 per 6 week course 

 

Private sessions:

This is the ideal way to begin Pilates as it allows each session to be  tailored to the individual, enabling faster understanding, impact and results. Individual sessions can also be used by beginners towards working within a group class. Sessions are available at your home if you are within a 20 minute drive from Barnet.

  • One hour 1:1 session: £40 per hour
  • 5x one hour 1:1 sessions paid in advance: £175 (£35 per hour)

 

 Please note that all weekly courses are run consecutively
